Dear Tati, looking at some of your before pics, I could tell you had wide hips (like mine). People keep telling me that no matter how much weight I lose, my hips will still be wide, because it's bone. I have a strong feeling they are wrong, because not only is the area around my hips jiggly and soft (unlike bone!!), my wrists and arms and legs are quite thin, which might indicate I have a small frame.
Can you tell me, did your hips start getting smaller last, after the extra fat was gone from everywhere else? Or was is mostly the exercise, do you think? I'm sorry for taking up your time, but hearing that my hips will never look proportional (though yours do now, and your body looked like mine before!) made me feel very out of motivation to keep going :(

During my teenage years, I noticed that I had a propensity to gain weight, and by the time I was in my early twenties, I was overweight.
In addition, a heart condition precluded my ability to participate in any physical activities and/or exercise.
Specifically, I found out I had a WPW cosmetic heart defect. I was feeling physical pain and my weight which reached 200 lbs. made
me feel even worse when I was looking in the mirror.
Something had to be done, and my best friend who worked out a lot helped me with my decision to start exercising.
I started in 2004 with a program for fat loss and every two weeks I kept changing my exercise program. I lost the unwanted fat and am now on a muscle gaining plan.
Previously I was diagnosed with WPW syndrome, a severe heart condition. I'm currently healthier than ever and the heart condition is nowhere to be found.
